Start charging your electric vehicle with Wattery in five easy steps
Get started fast
Download the Wattery app to your phone or use the Wattery portal in your browser – with either, you manage charging, payment cards, and access rights.

Install the app or open the portal
Download the Wattery app from the App Store or Google Play. If you'd rather not install an app, you can also use the Wattery portal in your browser at user.wattery.io.

- The portal works in any browser – you can also bookmark it to your phone's home screen
Create an account
Register in the app or portal using your email address. Fill in your details, choose a secure password, and confirm your email.
- Select 'Register'
- Fill in required information and accept the terms
- Confirm the link in your email (also check your spam folder)
Add payment details
Log in and add your card details in the settings. Charging fees will then be debited automatically.
Request charging access
Contact the site administrator (e.g., property manager) and request charging access.

Start charging
Once charging access has been granted, connect your car to the charging station and start charging via the app, portal, or using an RFID tag.

- You can add any RFID tag you have under Settings > Tags. Test that the tag makes the charging station respond.
Useful tips
RFID makes charging easier
With an RFID tag, starting a charge is quick – just tap the tag at the charging station.
Check your email
If the confirmation email does not arrive, check your spam folder.
Contact the administrator
The administrator may be a property manager, building superintendent, or other responsible person.
